CAD FILES
* CAD files are currently available in AutoCAD v. 2002 .dwg format.
    If another format or version is desired please contact The Drawing Board at (803) 358-0525 
* CAD files are not downloadable at this time. They will be shipped on a cd.

SHIPPING
* Average order turn around is one week.
* Additional sets of your original order may be purchased within 30 days.
* All orders will be shipped via UPS ground. You will receive your tracking number via e-mail.

REFUNDS
* We will refund any order upon return of unopened package.
* No refunds will be accepted on electronic data or house plan books.

PAYMENT TYPES
* Currently we are only accepting credit cards within the USA.

GENERAL NOTES:
* Pricing is subject to change without notice.
* All Plans vary. Some foundations types may not be available.
* Any Plan can be modified for your specific need, and is priced according to size of house. Please call for estimate.
* Custom or Stock Plans do not include Material List, HVAC, but can be provided at an additional cost.
* Framing Drawings are not provided at this time.
