Each set of house plans Includes:

Elevation Plans: 4 views of the house at 1/4”=1’-0” or 1/8”=1’-0” indicating specific details such as Exterior Veneers, Trim Styles, Roof Pitches, etc

Floor Plans: 1/4”=1’-0” Showing construction dimensions, Appliance Layouts, Room Designations

Electrical Plan: 1/4”=1’-0” plan view with general fixture placements, Switch placements, Outlets, Panel Box Location, Window and Door Schedules

Foundation Plan: 1/4”=1’-0” Crawl Space (Layout of Piers, Girders, Floor Joist sizing), Concrete Slab (Footing Size, Grade Beam Locations, Plumbing Fixture Locations)

Detail Sheets: General Wall Sections, Roof Plan, Footing Details, General Construction Notes: (Details will vary depending on type of foundation),
